Who we are, what we stand for, and where we're going.
Mittimart Commerce Private Limited was founded with a clear and purposeful vision: to create trusted, technology-driven commerce and mobility solutions for India. We believe that reliable, safe, and transparent services are the backbone of any thriving community — and we set out to build exactly that.
Our flagship mobility brand, DUGDUG, is named with energy and movement in mind — the spirit of getting things done, of reaching your destination. DUGDUG is our answer to India's mobility needs: a platform that brings together multiple vehicle types under one trusted umbrella.
We are building DUGDUG from the ground up — with integrity, with care for our captains and customers, and with a long-term commitment to quality over shortcuts.

We earn trust through consistent, honest action — not just words.
We don't compromise on the quality of our service, our captains, or our commitments.
We use technology thoughtfully to solve real problems for real people.
We grow together — our captains, our customers, and our company.
Safety is non-negotiable. It is built into every layer of DUGDUG operations.
Clear pricing, honest communication, open business practices — always.
DUGDUG is Mittimart Commerce Private Limited's flagship mobility brand. It is a multi-modal ride platform that connects customers with trusted captains across vehicle types — from bike taxis and autos to e-rickshaws, cars, and specialised ambulance services.
DUGDUG's captain network is at the heart of the platform. We partner with individual vehicle owners and drivers, equipping them with the tools, training, and platform they need to serve customers professionally.
